Leaving the corporate world was the hardest transition in my life thus far, but after moving to the area and building our log home in the year of 2004, nothing has compared except fatherhood.  It wasn't too long after that I found myself buying and fixing up old houses and properties in nearby communities for profit. The market was tough and the inventory plentiful. During which time, I had fallen in love with the small town of Ludington. A close-knit, niche vacation market comprised of 50% second homes. Now 20 years later, we live and work here, I know these properties like the back of my hand and is where I still focus everyday.

A Real Estate license was inevitable, getting experience with the help and guidance of local independent Brokers, Builders, Developers, and Bankers. My success stems from familiarity and expertise, my clients internalize and appreciate my enthusiasm and honesty.

 My goal is to keep evolving, learning, mastering the art of Real Estate as a fiduciary for our clients, friends and family alike.  

When not helping clients or the neighborhood, I usually spend time with my family. We recently found our forever home, and now spend the majority of their time there or down at a waters edge. My son is 14 now, we hang out as much as possible and we pretty much do whatever he want to do. Nearby is a fantastic beach and state park, and with a boat at the Marina, we rarely leave town in summer.
